Cancellation Policy
At Pure Focus Cleaning, we understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. To help us manage our bookings effectively and accommodate all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: 1. Free Cancellation Window: Clients may cancel their scheduled cleaning service at no charge if the cancellation is made more than 24 hours in advance of the appointment. 2. Paid Cancellation Window: A cancellation fee of CAD 15 will apply if the cancellation is made between 24 hours and 1 hour before the scheduled service. 3. Late Cancellation Fee: If a cancellation is made less than 1 hour before the scheduled session, a fee of CAD 30 will be charged. Our top priorities are the safety and well-being of our team and clients. We recognize that severe weather can create unsafe conditions for travel and work. This part of the policy outlines our approach to cancellations, rescheduling, and deposits in the event of bad weather. 1. Weather-Related Cancellations If severe weather, such as heavy snow, ice, flooding, or extreme winds, creates unsafe conditions for our team to travel or perform services, Pure Focus Cleaning may need to cancel appointments. We will notify clients via phone, email, or text message as soon as possible. 2. Rescheduling Policy • Client-Initiated Rescheduling: If a client wishes to reschedule due to weather concerns, we ask for notice as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the rescheduling request based on availability. We understand that life happens and want to support our clients to the best of our ability. • Company-Initiated Rescheduling: If Pure Focus Cleaning must cancel due to weather, we will prioritize rescheduling the appointment as soon as conditions improve. Our team will work with you to find a suitable alternative time. 3. Deposit Policy • If a service must be cancelled due to weather and rescheduling within an agreed-upon period is not possible, we will offer a full refund of the deposit. • If rescheduling is successful, the deposit will be applied to the new appointment date. 4. Commitment to Safety The safety of our team comes first. We trust the judgment of our team members and reserve the right to delay or cancel services if travel conditions are deemed unsafe. We appreciate our clients’ understanding and flexibility in these circumstances. By maintaining these policies, we aim to protect our team and clients while ensuring the highest level of service possible.
